In 2014/2015 the smart ebike fell behind in sales and awareness. In order to reach out to new, young customers, our task was to create new content for the web, meaning minimal to no media budget.
The aim: to raise traffic on the ebike's website and activate followers for the brand's social media channels.
We showcased the product's benefit - electric support that makes each ride comfortable - while using the power of a popular meme: "Never skip leg day." But instead of making fun of disproportioned bodybuilders with skinny legs, we turned them into our heroes. Who else could be better testimonials for not having to pedal hard?
